The Sri Lanka Team was received by the Tamil Nadu Judo Federation at the chennai Airport on the 23rd September,2010.All accomodation was arranged at the Sri Jawaharlal Nehuru Sports Stadium.Sensei Raja Gopal(5th Dan ) received us.We had a very interesting time,they had arranged a special bus for sight seeing and shopping.The Sri Lanka Team won two gold Medals and 4 silver medals.The Tamil Nadu Judo Federation organised a very grand farewel party.It is very good that through Judo as a medium we have made new friends in South India.Peace and friendship through Judo is our Motto.We achieved this in South India. We returned on the 28th monday morning to Sri Lanka.It was a very successful tour.A few Photographs are displayed in the Blog of the Indian Tournament.
